Shipping Policy

1.   We offer DOOR DELIVERY courier services

2.   Door Delivery charges are Rs. 15 per kg. inclusive of packaging

3.   Any grams above Kg nos. of your order will be rounded up to the next kilogram number.
e.g. if the total order weight is 10 kilo and 250 gms, the weight for courier charges will be considered as 11 kg and accordingly charges will calculated.

4.   COD is not available.

5.   The Door Delivery courier service is available for Mumbai and Mumbai sub-urban Area – Mumtai and till Bhayandar , Kalyan & Panwel

6.   The delivery time is 2 to 7 business days from date of order.

7.   We use a third-party logistics provider for deliveries.

8.   We shall do our best to ensure we meet the delivery date as stated in your shipping confirmation mail in conjunction with our logistics partner.

9.   Products will be shipped to the shipping address specified in the order and you shall make all arrangements necessary to take receipt of the products.

10.  Our logistics partner will make all reasonable efforts to deliver the products to you. However, if the delivery fails across multiple efforts, your purchase will be deemed as 'cancelled' and a fresh order will be issued pending confirmation with you.

11.  Your placement of an order authorizes us to accept the signature of another person present at your address and deliver the products to them on your behalf or leave the products in a safe place/with a Neighbour.
